@ArturNadol7566@PostOffice@ArturNadol7566 Vennells has got to be the first to be locked away, followed by many others, including responsible Fujitsu people. They should all be made to pay back the money ๐ฐ they earn by telling lies and covering things up.
@robilypj Well done Tom - it was clear from the the very beginning you were not guilty. You need to rest now and let the momentum work and nail the real guilty ones - it will happen you know.
Thank you @ArturNadol7566 and @stevemiddi1 - Inhad a lovely few hours with Artur and his family a little while back. We are still taking knocks but are slowly ๐ knocking them off - howevef we have some big ones coming up that may sink us but we are trying to stay alive.
Still denial from @BankofAmerica@ICOnews@TheFCA@CityPolice - I just struggle how to see they can continue to cover these cries up.
That is a very good point Juliet - I think absolutely they should. However, then they drag out this 'little' point that everything is done at their discretion - which kind of means they are untouchable! However, while they may have discretion, they don't have absolute discretion. But, what if, and I am not suggesting it is, what if someone is on the 'take' inside?? Even the most obvious data breaches get squashed. And let's face it, we know there are cases where officers are 'incentivised' not to pursue cases - Al Fayed being a recent example.
In my @BankofAmerica case the data breaches went on for too long and are way too obvious for them to be brushed aside. But they have been which is why I am suspicious.
@ArturNadol7566 Rosaline Levine was the first person who contacted me about doing Discovery Plus - The-million-pound-swindler https://t.co/h2emhXKrM6
Reluctant to speak out - Roz was probably the main reason I decided to go ahead and do it. She was amazingly understanding, friendly, sympathetic and mostly - human in her approach. Not one bad bone in her body. Because I knew her, I followed her case - another hugely wronged person who didn't deserve the treatment her or her family received.
Thank you @ArturNadol7566 for your support and everyone else. Whichever way things turn out - I am not going to let my dream business go under without a fight - https://t.co/IjGzS6VxbY - download our Spelling worksheets and Parent Guide to helping your children improve their spelling
@AugustusRose750@ArturNadol7566 Yes @AugustusRose750 it is . . . I thought a large organisation like @BankofAmerica would have controls that exposed such crimes inside their work - sadly they don't . . . Who knows what could be going on . . .

@savkah - I left Centrica in 2012 - so a while ago. The reason why we have repossession is that the debts we collected through the fraud just consumed us. As for @BofA - they let an employee of theirs rip off innocent people using their emails and letters - least of all they should reward a whistleblower who exposed the weaknesses in their controls - who knows the criminal could still be doing it today if I hadn't spoken up - what is equally important is how many other criminal employees do they have in their employ that they do not know about . . . Watch the documentary on it @savkah you may have a change of mind -
Mr Johncock vs Bank of America https://t.co/5atjfQb6tM
Have done this @AnonAmo40029241 - @BankofAmerica just bury it and do not reply, The regulators do the same when I report both the crime and the BofA behaviours.
When you search for the world's most fined bank - who do you thimk comes out on top of the list?? None other than BofA - they just don't care!! Bank of America is the world's most heavily fined bank, having accumulated over $82 billion in penalties and settlement losses since 2000 for violations ranging from toxic mortgage sales during the 2008 financial crisis to consumer abuses

Thank you @ArturNadol7566 - we survived our housing court case with a postponement until 1st September 2026 but it was tough. The bank involved @peppermoney were ruthless in trying to make our lives more difficult than they are already.

This is what the X community can actually do when institutions won't. Let's show Wayne and Nicky they are not fighting this alone.

Yes @AnonAmo40029241 suing a company who has money is great - if you win. Don't forget they have endless pits of money and are extremely powerful - but equally that might be their downfall. Please share this link https://t.co/zdVWAnTcE0 so I can start the journey again - this time we will get enough and make sure honesty prevails and whistleblowers will not be frightened to speak up!
