@Iberia delayed our flight, gave us vouchers that didn’t work so we had to pay thru our own pocket and now don’t want to refund us for our expenses. Plus, the attendants were so nasty & unkind. Me, my family and my friends will never fly with them ever again. U shouldn’t either.
@Bose is telling me I have to buy another pair bc the sunglasses just stopped working after not using it at all. Horrible business model and customer loyalty. Will never buy another @Bose product again. #businessestoavoid
