Here's how it works:
- Personal trainer, who is integrated with physical therapist, who is integrated with nutritionist, who sends macros to personal chef (using SOP of your preferred foods/times to eat), all coordinated by an assistant. Quarterly DEXA scans.
- Fitness goals are scheduled at the annual level, e.g., "I want to cut 30lbs this year" or "I want to build 4lbs muscle" leaving time for travel/deloads
- No need to track daily calories since you already track at the macro level via chef
- Wellness is about more than fitness. Assistant coordinates time with friends/family regularly, including 3-4 awe-inspiring trips/year
- Optional: acupuncturist, blowouts, mani/pedicure, haircuts (they can come to you)
- When you travel, assistant pre-sends videos of gym to trainer, who programs workouts for you
- Other options available for illness, injury, pregnancy available
- When you eat out, enjoy! You're already handling your health beautifully so order what you want
