I had the opportunity to participate in the SETAC Latin America 16th Biennial Meeting in Peru.
👩🔬 Together with the Centro de Investigaciones del Medio Ambiente (CIM, La Plata) presented the work
“Human Health Risk Assessment of Particulate Matter in Great La Plata, Argentina.”
🤝 The conference was also an incredible chance to connect with scientists and professionals from around the world, discover ongoing research in environmental sciences, and exchange ideas about the challenges we face at the intersection of environment and health.
Knowing the work that scientists are doing worldwide and meeting people from different countries open your mind and motivate you to keep working for a common purpose: understanding the environment and trying to find a sustainable way to live with it🌎
Last year, I worked at the Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research for a few months in the frame of the @cliffgrads Thank to all the people from the departments at NIBIO and especially to Junbin Zhao, who helped me during my stay and shared his time and knowledge with me 👩🔬
It was a unique experience that I would recommend and encourage everyone who wants to do it but hesitates. Nothing wrong can happen when people support you and it is positive in every sense! 💫
