🇺🇸🔥Amid the devastation left behind by the #CottonwoodFire in Beaver County, one sight stopped a crew working on the mountain in their tracks.

A viewer shared this video after her husband and a co-worker found a small patch of trees where everything around it had burned, right up to an American flag.
The flag was still standing, untouched.

Whether you see it as a symbol of hope, resilience or simply one of those remarkable moments nature sometimes leaves behind, it's an incredible sight in the middle of so much loss, especially as we approach Independence Day during America's 250th anniversary celebration.

@imfynerthanfyne There's a setting on my phone to dial 911 from the lock screen, my (at the time) 1-1/2-2 yr old figured that out & called at least a dozen maybe 2 dozen times, I'd only know when I got a call back, or when officers showed up at my doorstep.. 😅 I'd apologize profusely.
