@jlandpcustserv Logged a call back on 4/5 (CASE-11600929) for a faulty, unsafe isofix base that URGENTLY needs replacing. No response despite being told we'd hear within 24 hrs and CS team unable to help when we rang up to chase on 8/5. Unacceptable service. Can someone help? 🤷‍♀️
