@NoMayoInTheMix@DebbieShor68366@TinashePeter_ One of the jurors said that “he would have a hard time putting another black man in jail” and the other two were educators so they were dismissed for potential bias.
@derrico_henrio@BigDevil04 He’s using your post as a source, is there any source actually leading to an article or anything or is it just you two sourcing each other
@tayfootball7@flatland_sports Yeah that’s fine they can have their opinions I don’t care if people hate Tech not like we had many other fans before this but some of them are very hypocritical and just wrong on the details of it
@ForLonghorn2@rushthedrip Well he is getting a two game suspension and teams can still suspend their own players. This whole thing started at UC and Indiana. Tech is the one putting him through help so why would they suspend him more
@johncunnin27@CFBTalkDaily@ohioan1803_ What does size of program have to do with anything, they cheated and won a title which is terrible, I have no clue how he even got the injunction I think it’s crazy, but I want my team to win
@JJGotitt@TheBigBengal@PeterBurnsESPN Don’t know where you’re getting this info cause on3 says he still helps out with cases in Tarrant County, Ft. Worth, and also there is zero evidence that Cody Compbell did that so until something comes out I’m just not even gonna believe that
@tayfootball7@flatland_sports Texas Tech had no clue it was even happening but then when it did happen they were compliant with NCAA and now are just following court orders, Sorbys is also getting a two game suspension so he’s getting punishment
@walkonredshirts They’ve already said publicly that they are standing by him and besides that would be a breach of contract to cut him and could open the door for legal trouble with the injunction
@walkonredshirts Not saying that Texas Tech should play him but they haven’t really done anything wrong and could probably face legal trouble as well if they tried to cut or suspend him cause of this injection that Sorbys did all on his own
@Brando39775027@PeterBurnsESPN The Charles Bediako case sets the precedent for this kind of thing so it wouldn’t work, and also the judge was actually from Fort Worth and was a UH and UT alum so not like he would have a positive opinion of tech
