@AdmiralBear01 NCAA banned him. Sorsby hired a lawyer to file an injunction and won. That injunction prevents Tech and the NCAA from punishing him until he gets his day in court. It’s obviously an exploited loophole but none the less, he legally can not be punished.

@MUSSemeritus I’ll just say what no one else wants to… if you fire a disabled person from a job, it’s discriminatory. Once he got diagnosed as an addict, he became protected. You fire or let go of someone under that category, you’re gonna get sued
