The next flight out wasn’t a time that was feasible due to work meeting obligations. Fun fact they apparently can’t put you on a later one, lied stated there was only the one option. Well guess what if you go on the app you can change it yourself. Why even have employees?

@united is honestly such a trash airline. Shoutout to the Gate agent at D8 at SFO 11:08am who refused to call down to ask about opening the gate door to let the 8 passengers on the plane while the walkway still was attached and people were actively boarding. 1/2
