@ShopifySupport @Shopify Absolute waste of time. In the end I filed for a refund with my payment provider, I think SHOP needs to vet the people setting up in it's platform better, stop Chinese companies selling crap and fake products. I have now deleted my account and warn people wherever I can about it

@O2 is there anyway at all to speak to a UK help desk person, been with O2 2 weeks allready and my telephone service hasn't worked once. Going round in circles, they even tell me they are phoning back on the number I'm reporting about. It's becoming a complete joke now.
