@My_Metro please can you advise why at 8.40am the wait on W. Monkseaton from platform 1 to Newcastle was 9 minutes and it has now jumped to 15 minutes without an explanation?

@My_Metro Thank you for your reply. There were no such announcements at Haymarket. We were told when the next coast train was at Pelaw and then Gateshead and by the time that arrived 5 S. Gosforth trains had come and gone.

@My_Metro how do you justify 5 trains that terminate at Gosforth whilst coast passengers wait excessive periods of time for a train when supposedly only 1 went out of service?

@sweatybetty trying to order a dress and it won't let me go past the billing screen. Keeps saying there's a problem with no clue what said problem is. I can't call customer services though as laryngitis has taken my voice entirely!
