What a joke I had to call my work I be late because 12.08 is cancled I start at 1.30pm. This is not on. The bus service is every hour to go to tesco inches

What a joke service 3 today from merkinch to tesco inches. My usal service was camcled 2.37pm and 3.07pm. I start work 4.30pm you guys need to investigate these service

I usaly take 9.18am bus every Thursday morning to go to south kessock the driver unable to take me to south kessock

@LNER The staff told me to move our casses in the none dasabled storage. The bugie was still at the
Disabled area and not asked the parents to fold the buggie to the storage area. I emailed you and scotrail. I was to uncontrollable to speak up

@LNER very disappointed with this jaurney from inverness to kingscross we got told we won't get table service until edinburgh. We home past edinburgh still no table service. My husband is a wheelchair user get cant get into the cafie in the train. No staff around either to ask
