@EAHelp I'm back in the game again, now it's saying it can't connect to The Sims 4 Gallery, I'm really tired of all these problems, I've spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds on Sims games. Get yourselves sorted EA or I'll be moving over permanently to Life By You come September.

@EAHelp So after an hour of saying temporary lost connection, it's letting me sign in but then coming up with this message. Why oh why can't we play the Sims 4 in offline mode? The only reason I can think of is you're collecting data on us, such as when and how many people are playing!

@EAHelp I'm having problems, it's saying "Temporary lost connection" it has been saying it for the past hour or so, i'm in the UK on Windows 11 with a future proofed gaming PC, so it has to be EA's end, I'm also on 500mg cable broadband, so the issue is definitely not with me.

@debbieweare @peterkay_co_uk We had problems too. Tried later in the day when more dates had been added and managed to get 3 together for Manchester... in May 2025! Oh well we lost out last time when tour was cancelled, so grateful for anything we could get this time, but would never pay that!
