@Se_Railway It might be one of 10 across the whole SE service, but there’s no sense in it. Make the 08:30 8 coaches instead, it’s just not as busy. The 08:00 is the busiest, look at the cctv of people queuing to get into the station itself…..
@Se_Railway can I ask why the 08:00 fast train from #neweltham is the only morning commute train with only 8 carriages? It’s the busiest train with the most amount of people and the least amount of carriages. Everything else has 10. What’s the rationale? Thanks
@Se_Railway so the 7:36 from New Eltham is cancelled this morning. Last week every train I got, at different times, every single one, arrived late, either leaving or sitting at a red signal. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Why bother with a timetable? So much disruption to people’s lives.
We’ve had some really lovely feedback about the play and our individual performances, and this is just some of it. All those lines, all that acting, a hint of panic, but I think it might be ok! (yes, bits of dialogue!). Last two shows today. Do come, it actually is quite funny….
I’ve never been a Dorothy before, well, maybe a bit dotty sometimes! Enjoying rehearsing for this, loving the witty insight into the world of #amdram by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman. Can’t wait to get on stage @BobHopeTheatre again. #eltham#neweltham#SE9
Dorothy really has her work cut out trying to coordinate the Stratford Players and manage the ego of their "star" Jefferson. Find out if she succeeds and enjoy the hilarious trials and tribulations along the way.

@JaneyGodley Apologies if anyone earlier has said this. The original Von Trapp story details their escape away from their home as a result of their non-sympathetic Nazi views.
@Se_Railway I’m sitting on yet another delayed train outside #Lewisham with no hope of arriving at my destination on time. Again. Another signal failure. I travel 3-4 times a week and most journeys are delayed by some degree. It’s a reduced timetable that you still can’t meet??
@grimmers Yes, with steady training. And you don’t actually have to do the full 13.1 miles until the day itself - 10 or 11 would do. But don’t forget to do the non-running strengthening sessions in a training plan, common mistake and common reason for pre-run injuries! Good luck!
@Se_Railway Could barely get on the 07:54 at New Eltham today it was so busy already. And late again. Have you not realised that the extra time it takes people to get on your reduced service, more crowded trains means cumulative delays as the journey progresses. It’s not working.
@Kelly_Grehan@Se_Railway Had the very same thought standing on the 07:54 from New Eltham this morning which was late. Wasn’t it so they could get more trains to run on time if there were fewer of them?? So that didn’t work. Logic says they’d be busier. Some people just couldn’t get on at all. Hopeless
