@Microsoft how can I get through to someone to talk out a glitch in the system last weekend that meant I was unable to order a product and then 3 arrived and I've been charged for them
@HelloFreshUK no delivery Tuesday delivery arrives today damaged and missing items. Unable to get hold of customer service. Have cancelled my subscription. Shame I have to resort to public shaming to try to get an answer
@HelloFreshUK box didn't arrive Tuesday no contact about any delays. Aborted call after 20 min wait, no reply to email sent, it's arrives today damaged and missing items. Still on hold to speak to someone. Have cancelled my deliveries as this is the second time this month!
@Rushcliff Server number 9 is alive ! I now have a stinking headache as the tension I have clearly been holding has released. Hurray. Good luck to all of you still struggling.
@Rushcliff Just to let people know my user name starts with a 5 so I thought I was on server 5 but I contacted support who have just told me I am on server 9 which is slower than the others! Might explain why it's been slow lately to respond
@flix_cw@Rushcliff Ah yes a steep learning curve without issues like this to hinder you. Good luck. I am just so glad I still do paper notes and only use PPS for my diary. This week I had made the decision to switch to doing all on PPS but after this I think I will be ditching PPS altogether !
@flix_cw@Rushcliff I am a limited company too but it's only me and one part time associate. I just thought i could offer you any tips that I have in place that has reduced this nightmare a bit it might help you with a new clinic? Probably what I meant more was is it only you or several therapists?

@flix_cw@Rushcliff Every week I print off the diary at the end of the week. And then I trawled through the names texting emailing and calling everyone who has been in recently. Plus a lot of memory work and scrolling through all forms of patient communication as well as my worldpay card payments.
@Rushcliff 20 hours ago you said that some of your servers had been restored. Here we are still not getting any more information. You must have some idea now about how long these security checks are going to take It's simply not good enough. It's not acceptable
