Thanks for mentioning me and my public school teacher wife’s contribution to affordable housing Paul. We could get 600 bucks a week for them after Albo’s diabolical deceitful budget but we haven’t raised rents. All 2BR apartments with car parking inner city Melb. We rent one to a single mum and her 2 kids for $120 a week, they have been in it for 8 years at that price, one to a single dad and his daughter for $150 a week, that’s been five years, the other six for between $350 & $400. Our real estate agent rings us constantly and checks if we wanna raise rents. We say no. You reckon Albo or any of his MP mates with their huge property portfolios have rented that cheap? A news organisation has verified my numbers btw.
Last night I saw a long screed of an email from an average NZ artist to someone I know, that referred to the fact that this artist used to have a Jewish friend. The Jewish ex-friend had a non-Jewish wife. This is what the artist wrote in this email I saw:
“He is a father. He has a wife. She is a mother. One day she posted on Facebook a picture of a field of grass blowing in the wind. I commented: 'I suppose when you hear the wind in the grass it subsumes the screams of dying children.' Something like that. Need I say we are no longer friends.”
I’ve been thinking about this all day. This is the Israel derangement syndrome “but what about Gaza?”meme. This artist is proud of the fact that he made that comment to the non-Jewish wife of a Jewish man in a country about as far away from Gaza as you can get when she posted an unrelated picture of a landscape.
He really believes that he was justified in doing this. That it was his duty, actually. And he quotes notorious Jewhater Roald Dahl at length. If you needed an(other) example of how the antizionist mind virus works to normalise otherwise socially unacceptable behaviour and get its carriers addicted to preposterous self-aggrandising statements and moral narcissism, here it is.
@BobBurn97207272 As the great Mark Twain said when reports of his death were circulated in the press "reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated."
@nicolelampert She's right this is a new form of McCarthyism (ironic that this actors name is McCarthy). The left criticised the right for hounding those suspected of having communist sympathies now the left are hounding those considered sympathetic to Zionism.
Have you ever received HIM, the Lord Jesus, the real Christ? Do you talk to him? Do you know him? Is he a companion? Is he a friend of yours? If you have received a personal Christ by confiding, trusting, and depending upon him, you are on the safe side of the house.

With many of us men in our 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, it's sobering to consider how many men at this point in life had already finished their course with joy.
May the Lord teach us to number our days (Psalm 90:12), and help us truly grasp how short life is.
May we faithfully serve our Savior with whatever days He has given us.
Because there's nothing in Scripture that says he will be counterfeiting the Jewish Messiah. He will be a Gentile invader, just like every person in the OT who prefigured him. He doesn't claim to be the God of Israel or be sent by the God of Israel; He blasphemes the God of Israel.
"...he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished..." (Daniel 11:36). Notice, he blasphemes the True God.
"...who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God" (2 Thessalonians 2:4). Some have mistaken to mean that he pretends to be the God of the Bible, but he is actually portraying himself as being above every god, even above the True God.
This is apparent in the Book of Revelation also:
"Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven" (Rev. 13:6).
The final, end-time rebellion is very consciously against both God and Christ. We can see this as far back as in Psalm 2, where the kings of the earth plot against YHWH and His Messiah.
And in Revelation chapter 6, when the wrath of God is about to fall, notice that the people know it is God and the Lamb who are sending this wrath!
"He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son" ( 1 John 2:22).
The final antichrist will be, as were the lesser antichrists who came before him, a hater of God, Christ, Jews, and true Christians.
"Barring any last-minute surprises, Israel and Greece are set to sign a historic defense agreement Monday that amounts to nothing less than a geostrategic earthquake."
Right now I am facing a defamation case against me for speaking about the profound child abuse of medicalising children, a police interview for speaking about Islam and two separate men have been charged for violent threats toward me.
This is the life of a women’s rights campaigner.
@EllenBarkin@MarkRuffalo When you talk about Israel you are talking about the nation of the Jews, though it does have a sizeable Arab minority. To hate Israel is to hate Jews as a collective in their ancient homeland. If you mean the Israeli Govt then that is what you should say.
Four hundred million people have this image on their phone, a mug, or a T-shirt.
Almost none of them have noticed what's wrong with Adam's hand.
Look at the two arms.
God is horizontal. Launched. Every tendon in His arm at full stretch, hair and mantle blown back by His own speed, angels straining under the weight of carrying Him because He is the one moving. He has crossed the entire sky to get to this moment. His finger is extended as far as a finger goes.
Now Adam.
Draped on a hillside. Propped on one elbow. Leaning back. His arm isn't reaching; it's resting on his own knee. The wrist is slack. The finger droops.
The Creator of the universe is straining like a man reaching for someone going over a cliff.
And the man can't be bothered to straighten one finger.
Michelangelo painted that on purpose. And he painted it in agony, four years on scaffolding under that ceiling, head cranked back, paint dripping into his beard. He hated it enough to write a poem about it, complaining that his spine had bent like a bow and he could no longer read a letter without holding it above his head.
Four years of that. To say one thing:
You did not climb to God. God dove to you.
Every religion on earth is a ladder. Purify yourself, discipline yourself, ascend. Michelangelo put the opposite on the ceiling of the most important church in the world: man reclining, barely participating, and God closing the distance at speed.
Genesis 2:7. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
God breathed. Adam received. That's the whole transaction. Adam contributed the dust.
Now look under God's left arm.
There's a woman tucked against His side. His arm is wrapped around her. And she isn't watching the miracle; she's looking past God's shoulder, straight at Adam.
The oldest reading says that's Eve.
Not yet created. Not yet formed. Already held. Already watching the man she'll be given to, from inside the embrace of God, because she existed in His mind before she existed in the world.
Jeremiah 1:5. Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee.
Ephesians 1:4. He hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world.
You were in that mantle once before your parents met, before anything.
And about that mantle, in 1990, a physician named Frank Meshberger was studying the fresco and published something that made art historians sit down. Trace the outline of the crimson cloak, the angels, the whole swirling mass around God.
It matches a cross-section of the human brain. The fissures. The lobes. The stem.
Michelangelo dissected corpses. He knew human anatomy better than most surgeons of his century. Whether he hid it there deliberately is argued to this day, but if he did, the sermon is staggering: God isn't just handing Adam a heartbeat. He's giving him a mind. The image of God. The capacity to know his Maker.
So God has crossed the sky. Arm at full extension. Nothing left to give. He has closed all the distance that can be closed from His side.
And the fingers don't touch.
Michelangelo froze them apart forever. A half-inch of empty plaster carrying more weight than the rest of the ceiling combined.
Because look whose finger has slack left in it.
Not God's.
Adam could close that gap by straightening one knuckle. One. The remaining distance is his, the smallest movement in the painting, and the only one God will not make for him.
That half-inch is free will. God will cross a universe. He will not cross your consent.
But here's what the ceiling can't show you, because it happened fifteen centuries after Genesis and Michelangelo painted the before.
The touch happens.
God's hand and human flesh finally meet not above the clouds, but in Bethlehem, when the hand that flung the stars became a hand small enough to grab Mary's finger. God stopped reaching across the gap and stepped into it. Took a body. Took a hand.
And when that hand was finally stretched out as far as human arms go, extended like the arm on the ceiling, full reach, nothing held back.
We nailed it there.
That's where the two fingers meet. At the cross. God at full stretch and man at his worst, touching at last through an iron spike.
And three days later that hand was moving again. Folding grave clothes. Cooking breakfast. Offering its scars to a doubter.
It's still extended. The ceiling is still true. He has done all the reaching, crossed all the sky, closed all the distance that love can close without your permission.
The last half-inch has always been yours.
Lift your hand.
Everyone wants more time for the Bondi Royal Commission.
Everyone except Anthony Albanese.

What are you afraid they might uncover, Albo?
