My 6th Autumn , again I question, can I do another winter? Transitioning to Autumn always really hard. Recent drop of 4 deg in 5 days is abrupt.Felt a resistance to going but know I feel great after.Acclimation on a daily basis. Now 2.5k a day. Can’t give in.@Brockwell_Lido

@Brockwell_Lido @Fusion_LS same crap every summer. No full pool and lanes bursting with people cos of no lifeguards. No showers working. Gym and spa abysmal lack of working facilities. Private hire? Where’s all the money going? Current lifeguards thank you for your sterling efforts.
