@JoeyMannarinoUS The challenge is you paid the same price as someone that had a better flying experience and by chance you get this. The way not to embarrass anyone is make the traveler register as “+size”; then offer the seat next to them at a discount. When you choose your seat; it’s an option.
Can you imagine what’s going to happen when they do? They gave us a 10 day window and 5 million cards were sent in. There are thousands of people accumulating cards for the day they open it up. We have a 6 month head start this time. They’ll need to close it a few days later. Wouldn’t surprise me if they get 10 million cards in a week. The site will probably crash as well. Gonna be entertaining…
@opinioncasino He had to know for months this was going down….wonder how much was extracted in the final months for “expenses”’when the writing was on the wall.
@J_Koenig21 NRD wins it for me every time. A 70k rehab is a full gut. You know you’re replacing everything so who cares what comes up on the inspection. You’ve got so much room you know you’re closing. Tell him $20k NRD the moment he signs. Good luck to someone competing against that.
@NickMaccini My dad always said: there are 2 types of people who ride motorcycles: those that have been in an accident and those that will be in an accident.
@mhp_guy 1) it looks really good
2) it probably really helped someone out in their small business
3) saved you a bunch of time and effort
4) $600 won’t change a thing in your life
5) the wife is happy
5-5 isn’t a bad day my friend…..
@realEstateTrent Lived in Phoenix for 20 years. That was the same issue in mid 2000s. Built on a grid and you could go miles and miles. That was the main driver of the blow up there. Cheap, crappy new build houses that everyone bought for nothing.….then went poof.
Yep. We have higher price points still active with larger drops. Point is: people keep saying the market is dead..it’s not; when you want to sell, there will be a buyer; maybe just not at your price. In addition; with about 60 days left in the selling season; clearing out inventory may be a good idea or some might be holding until February…
@SacAppraiser Charlotte,NC: we had 3 properties we put up for sale in mid July. $5,000-$7,500 drop in price every Friday. All 3 went under contract last week. Your properties WILL sell when they are priced accordingly and “hit” the correct market number.
