Wish I had time to read this article today. Sadly I'm a full-time volunteer at church so I'm cooking hot meals, delivering food packages, collecting prescriptions, taking clean clothes to hospital, planning an Insta Live worship service & supporting our young people online.Sorry!

@ScottishPower appalled at the service. Moved house and closed acc & received credit. Receiving letters stating account owed £400. Was told to provide meter readings and someone would ring back-no-one did. I phoned today and bill now £600. This is a vacant property.
