My thesis for $1 $pengu is simple.
Doge reached 64B mcap (fine in zirp env) but without any of the partnerships, visibility, or distribution of $pengu.

Given CT is exhausted with pumpfun dumps. Flight to quality. And sheer number of partnerships that $pengu has should put this at $1 soon
