BREAKING: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announces an emergency executive shutdown of 110 driving schools tied to thousands of English proficiency violations.

"You have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle."

Duffy says the schools account for 5,000 violations, stressing the English proficiency requirement for commercial drivers has been on the books for decades.

A deadly wall of water tore through the Grand Canyon over the weekend, leaving one person dead and about 15 others missing as crews race to search the devastated terrain.

The flash flood ripped through Bright Angel Canyon and the Phantom Ranch area, destroying nearly all footbridges across Bright Angel Creek and forcing at least 62 people to evacuate.

Now the damage is creating another major problem. Floodwaters knocked out the Transcanyon Waterline, the critical pipeline supplying water to the park, triggering strict water restrictions and shutting down overnight lodging.

The White House says the Iranian regime is already reeling, and President Trump is pulling "every economic lever" to increase the pressure.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt says inflation in Iran is above 100% and the regime is struggling to pay its police and military, while also dealing with the damage inflicted during Operation Epic Fury.

NEW: A federal judge shuts down Texas' drag show restriction again, blocking the state from enforcing a law that carried fines of up to $10,000 for businesses.

Judge David Hittner rules the measure violates the First Amendment and offers supporters of the law a blunt response if they find the performances offensive: "The solution is relatively simple ... just don’t go."

It is the second time Hittner has struck down the law after the 5th Circuit sent the case back to him for further review.
