This is a legal blog about a family court case reported so well by @LaraFeigel for @Right2Equality It portrays beautifully and sensitively the huge human cost of the proceedings for survivors and the implications of the proceedings for both parents and children. It exposes the harsh process and the unrealistic world created by the adversarial system and why we need the trauma-informed, inquisitorial model recommended by the Harm Panel and currently being trialed by the Pathfinder Pilots.
