Aidan ran a new PB in the 800m today of 2.02:95....getting nearer to the 2 minute mark!!

Aidan took part in the Mini London Marathon today, 2.6K in a time of 8.14 - super proud of him today. Didn't get a great photo, so here's his medal and a screenshot of him on the start line taken from the live viewing on BBC IPLAYER.

SEAA Indoor Track and Field Championships today at Lee Valley. Aidan ran in a very busy 800m, 1 of 5 heats. He ran a really good race, achieving a PB of 2.05.69, coming 2nd in his heat.

Early start to athletics for the New Year with Aidan's first 400m race as an U17 on New Year's Day, then Cross Country today. Back and at it.

Aidan competed for Havering in the London Youth Games @ Parliament Hill this morning, coming in 43rd out of 187. Great race today, well done Aidan.

Congratulations to the Years 10/11 athletics squad who competed in the finals this afternoon at the Lee Valley Indoor Cup.

Our B Team finished 4th overall in the B final and the A Team topped the podium to take 1st place overall in the A final! ⚫️🔴🥇

SEAA Championships last weekend, with a new PB on Saturday of 2.07.90 getting him through to the Final on Sunday, when he ran 2.08.98.
Junior Parkrun at Harrow Lodge this weekend, finishing 1st with a new PB of 6.44.

Amazing race for Aidan at the Essex Champs this morning. U15B 800m silver medal with another new PB of 2.09.33. What a start to the athletics season he is having! So proud of the way he is racing. Well done Aidan 👏 🏃‍♂️

Great day at another athletics meeting today, Aidan did so well.....after suffering with an injury two weeks ago we weren't sure if he'd even be able to take part by now.....so thrilled to watch him run his 800m in a great new PB of 2.14.60. Go Aidan!
