@OfficialFV Ordered our furniture in Aug, turned up 17 weeks later with item missing. Been constantly fobbed off on the phone all week, 3 failed callbacks and even laughed at by the person on the phone. A supervisor has just promised another call back which “may” be within 48hrs!
