Thank you to all of our custodians who are always so integral to our school communities especially during COVID times. ⁦@DPCDSBSchools⁩

@_azoresairlines You should be honouring the extension given the situation that the world is in allowing people 12 months from date of travel not date purchased! I am asking that you honour the trip that our family booked rebooking for summer of 2021. Do the right thing Sata!

[Teresa Carreiro @Carreiro_Mrs]

@_azoresairlines We paid 3 times what a winter fare would be for summer not winter. I am upset & frustrated that the agent was dictating to me what my family trip was going to be. Our intent was to be in Portugal during the summer not during the winter time!

[Teresa Carreiro @Carreiro_Mrs]

@_azoresairlines called to find out our options & to obtain a credit for future travel & was told that we have no option but to fly by this Feb 2021. Our travel time was purchased for July-August 2020! The options that you gave me does not work for our family. Very disappointed.

[Teresa Carreiro @Carreiro_Mrs]

We are so proud of you and all that you have accomplished Brandon❤️ now on to the next chapter! We love you... #HumberConvo
