@FrankCaputoKTC Frank when I bought my first house in 2007 my mortgage rate was 5.89% today mortgage rates are 5.89%. PM in 2007 was Harper. Any banker will tell you that interest rates were low for an extended period of time. Don’t get me wrong housing cost are more but let’s be honest here
