A boy making memories in Juneau last year thanks to @AlaskaAir customer service fixing a problem that was not their fault. @AmericanAir, your refusal to help my parents cost mom precious time with her 97 year old mother. Talk to @AlaskaAir . They know how to care for customers.

@DIRECTV trying to stream nbcsports app content from my Samsung smart TV. Working great for weeks and weeks and this morning having security certificate warnings. Already tried to reinstall, resign in and nothing is working.
