@doughnuts126 @OVOEnergy SEVEN points were raised for ovo to correct. It was then passed over to OVO to rectify. Ombudsman have confirmed this several times
@OVOEnergy owing me close to £2,000. 5 years of arguing they're billing me wrong and the Ombudsman telling them months ago to sort! Now being ignored! I want my money! #ovoenergy
