@CP_UK_Whinfell we're in a lodge for 8 people, 1 chopping board, no frying pan and 3 small saucepans (nowhere near big enough to cook a big meal) . Also no chalk in the bowl which, let's face it, is very un-centerparcs! Kids are gutted! No answer from Customer Services ???

@TUIUK absolutely shocking service, delayed since 11.45 no vouchers for food and drink despite being told they were comingfor hours ago...lots of families with small children cannot afford airport food and drink. Shame on Tui #airtrafficcontrol
