@AsdaServiceTeam when I tried to return something today I was told that because I had used £9 ASDA rewards voucher (which I had earned) it had to be deducted, even though the remaining items on the receipt were more than that voucher. Why punish me for using a voucher??
@HMRCcustomers I have reference numbers to confirm I have requested a refund of an over payment on two occasions but neither have been paid. Can you advise why this is the case?
@MrGeorgeClarke architects just tell us to make everything open plan? Am I expecting too much, thinking that an architect will share a range of ideas which might meet our ask?
@HMRCcustomers It related to 21-22. Should have been paid in January. That's not really the point, I'm questioning the pressuring behaviour from call handlers, rather than listening to concerns.
@HMRCcustomers I was pressured into paying a liability last week despite flagging that it was not a correct calculation. How can I claim back interest on this. It would not have happened if your call handler listened to my concerns.
@HMRCcustomers 2/2 I queried it and asked them to understand my circumstances. They again told me I MUST pay and transferred me to a technical expert who quickly found the error and fixed it. He was amazing and helpful when I was feeling incredibly stressed and worried.
@HMRCcustomers It was self assessment relating to 22-22. There was an error in my assessment, I used the gross income, not taxable income, HMRC then started demanding £3800 immediately, adding a penalty for none payment and demanding I pay immediately in order to cancel this penalty.
