@WeTransfer Disappointed with @WeTransfer’s sneaky plan changes. They’ve auto-enrolled me in a plan almost 3x the price of my current one, instead of offering a similarly priced option. Downgrade? Not allowed—forced to cancel and restart. Feels like a deliberate con. Fix this!

@WeTransfer I think that you have missed the point, it is a disgrace that you automatically move me onto a plan which is almost x 3 the cost. Why not move me onto the plan with a similar cost with the option to upgrade.

It is a con & I wonder how many of your customers will be stung.
