This fella fancied his chances in court.
He was found guilty resulting in a £350 fine and 6 points, presumably the cost of his lawyer, and no doubt a hefty insurance premium increase.
@Nobbie2020 BUT what about...
It's my choice to filter.
I was looking forwards (footage is reframed from a 360 camera) and I saw the white car to the left which was not able to pull out because of the larger white van
@_VN5 I couldn't stay after giving evidence, but I suspect it was the nature of the interaction and whether the driver was looking at the phone
The TV in court was very dark, so there was a lot of logistical faffing of show the footage on a laptop, zooming in and brightening screen

Hi @metpoliceuk will you be taking action on this pavement driver? The car was untaxed when this was filmed.
@Brent_Council@ealingparking this location has a growing problem where drivers are frequently driving across and parking on the pavement outside Whole Fresh Deli
I was cycling today on 20mph road
Got beeped by the car behind
The car then overtook me, shouting out the window not to cycle in the ‘middle of the road’
The car was a police van
I chased the police van down and made them stop.
There were 3 policemen in the van

@TfLTPH How best to report?
Cabbies regularly block the bus lane on Bond St in Ealing outside the Taxi rank hours of operation. Driver usually nowhere to be seen.
