California has adopted a new law that requires bars + clubs to offer testing kits so patrons can check their drinks aren’t spiked with such drugs as ketamine, flunitrazepam (aka Rohypnol), or GHB.

AB 1013 took effect Monday after Gov Newsom signed it into law last year.
