Top 💯 NorCal ⚾️ Returning Hitters, Class of 2028

@RileySalvemini & @JaxxonTweedt had HUGE freshmen seasons, earning some of the highest BaGS+ for all of NorCal. They enter with a major lead on the pack, but we should see more new names added to this group in 2026.
