I think we have to be REALLY careful when pointing fingers here. Especially this early. Yes, all political violence is abhorrent and no one of sound ethics would argue otherwise. But to say this is a "left" problem is reductive in my opinion. We had right wing men planning to execute and operation to kidnap the governor of Michigan, and had the FBI not intervened they would have done it. And multiple times right wing leaders have expressed an interest in considering pardons for those men. Also a right wing conspiracy theorist literally broke into the Pelosi home and attacked her husband and some right wing Congressman found it amusing.

All this to say, tensions are high and political violence exists on both sides of the aisle. Collectively denouncing it is far preferable, in my opinion, to just pointing across the aisle and blaming the other side.
