STATE BOUND!!! Today I qualified for state in 3 events. Even a new PR im the 200m with a 22.23!!! Cant wait to see what i run at state!

State bound!! Yesterday I qualified for state in the 300 meter hurdles running a PR of 40.93. With that time I am now seeded 10th in D3!

It was only a scrimmage, but @kravetz_jacob was showing off his speed and shiftiness on every play! Also showed some ability to finish runs with extra yards after contact.
