Some things never change. 2.5 years ago I made a snap decision to quit my job at a bank & get into real estate. The only problem was that I had no experience, no real estate licence & no connections… & no job or income. Like I said, snap decision.

It all worked out in the end, & while I got extremely lucky in patches, being 100% committed & having no plan B made all the difference. 2.5 years on, instead of working out of home, I’m posted up in the city, once again, 100% committed with no plan B.
