@northernassist Thank you, do you mean my Northern Complimentary travel voucher is valid for this itinerary: 1821 MAN - OXN TPE service? I was given similar advice in July and was charged for a new ticket on TPE. Please confirm ticket acceptance is in place between MAN and OXN
