@xobrianadej Also! If you get them for cs idk about in Florida but here in TX if they dont pay their part they won't get their income taxes back or they can even get jail time for not paying! & the money they owe each wk can go directly to your bank acct you dont have to bother them at all!

@xobrianadej I agree but unfortunately these days it doesn't work that way. Something on paper is easier plus if you file first you'll still be the custodial parent which means they'll get her every other weekend and thats it!
