CJ Roberts had no problem at all changing he wording in Obamacare from a "fine" which is what Obama called it, to A "tax" which allowed the bill to become law.
However, he had a big problem reading and understanding the words and their meaning in the 14th Amendment as they were written. So, in essence he changed the wording of he law to his liking.
