Contacted @Gate and they seem to have no plan to refund users. I don’t know why, but this exchange just lost my trust. Even after working with them before as a streamer, this is really disheartening.

Gate promised a full BOB token sale refund but only delivered 50%, leaving the rest unprotected as the token price drops. Lack of transparency is real be cautious before participating in their token sales. #GateExchange

Gate handled the BOB launchpad refund very poorly.
Rules changed, deadlines changed, and now the remaining tokens are locked for months.
After this experience, I’ve moved my funds to #Binance .
Decide carefully before using their #launchpads.

My own experience is even worse.
I sold my tokens at a low price just to rebuy them higher so I could qualify for the refund and after everything, I’m still down almost 20%.
Only 50% was refunded, the other 50% is locked, and right now I basically have just 30% of my investment.

Gate web3 launchpad的BOB退款，本来挺好一个事，退款公告发的很及时，可是执行力没跟上，本来是一次提升用户好感度和信任度的很好的公关，结果整得虎头蛇尾，烂尾了。
1、一共才募集300万，对于gate来说也不是很大的数目，既然决定退款，为什么不一次性做到位呢，及时全额的给用户退款，至于bob项目方那边无论沟通的如何，都不应该影响这个事情；
2、关于50%解锁的bob退款，开始公告说退款申请截止到12月20日，后来突然又改为11.28日截止，以至于有些人错过了退款时间；
3、开始说会发GT空投弥补大家，我2个号都打满50000U，截止现在，没有收到过任何一个GT空投，而评论区有个人告诉我，他收到了价值2U的GT空投，这是恶心人吗，还不如不给；
4、50%锁仓的bob退款进度，一问客服就说在和bob项目方沟通，十几天了，还没沟通好？是gate的管理层有拖延症？还是bob那么难沟通？如果沟通不好就不给用户退了吗？沟通好了才给退？

我觉得Gate在这件事情上的处理真的有待提升，就直接把这300万全额一次性给用户退了，哪个用户能说你不好？拖、拖、拖，好的事情也拖成一片骂声，就这样的处理方式和效率，怎么能让用户有信任度？
