@reblavoie They have no impact on the court - judge has already determined a sentence. They make no difference to most defendants- you'll get no satisfaction from their reactions. They have also become very performative.

Private insurance often calculate their rates by starting with Medicare rates and adding a percentage. For example, Medicare rate plus 6%. Medicare does not dictate any other insurers rates.

@BoozeyBeauty I think she was initially an "innocent bystander ". She was the only one in the first trial that I believed actually cared about John. Unfortunately, she let Jen manipulate her and now she's made herself a part of their narrative and she's paying the price for it.
