Our founder got jumped by a kangaroo today.

But then he started giving the kangaroo insights about how to build a proper content management pipeline and the kangaroo instantly stopped pummeling him.

If you're tired about your team constantly operating in chaos when it comes time to generate social media content, consider the following steps:

👉Is there a proper strategy guide in place? This might seem like a daunting task but just understanding your place in the funnel + indentifying personas and very basic KPIs will cement the team's objective and eliminate confusion

👉Content calendar. Choose a platform to plan at least 2 weeks in advance worth of ready-made content. We recommend Monday or Asana.

👉SOPs and proper role delegation. Do you have someone in charge of the creative briefing? Is this a separate role from the graphic designer (it should be)? Who's posting and scheduling the content? Essentially, plan out your whole operation procedure and who does what well before you start posting on socials.

👉 When tracking performance, are you drowing in a sea of metrics and arcane KPIs? Just relate them to your funnel.

Awareness? → Reach or Impressions
Engagement? → Saves, Comments, Shares
Conversion? → Clicks, Signups, or Conversions
