Some gender complications in my job are made up of the thoughts of some thinking wemon should be cooks and be in the kitchen when really it is a highly male dominated field. Also I am 1 of 2 ladies in the entire kitchen staff. Cooking isn’t easy, also not the ladies job. #SPCH451

After finishing BS, I think Pfeffer has all the right to call the leadership industry into question. His approach was not my favorite but it did call for serious thought. I felt like it was rather negative cuz he fails to define any positive ends of the industry. 🤷🏽‍♀️ #SPCH451
