@erurerer @British_Airways @erurerer @British_Airways Same issue - called everyday for five days and they can’t sort. Try online claim for missing points although mine wasn’t acknowledged presume as no booking ref. No one knows how to resolve.

@British_Airways ‘system error’ meant 136k points taken, payment pending but flight not confirmed. I know complaints take months to resolve due to volume but need resolution for Friday.
