How is the traditional quality of American life benefited by a system-wide collapse of the lower classes?

If you aren't aware that the lower classes are seriously struggling with finding jobs, experiencing stagnant pay and high inflation for food and housing, then I'm not sure how you can honestly argue that the extraction of American labor is a benefit to the people of the lower classes and that "cash" is meaningless for said class.

For the lower classes, cash is king and provides access to a secure lifestyle.

Is it realistic to believe in AI genies who, per Altman, will grant extraordinary wishes to the lower classes? Or per Musk's version of the AI genie, that money and jobs will become irrelevant in the future?
How far into this future will this take place? Is it even ethical to make such fantastic proclamations in the face of those struggling right now?

Maybe in the wealthy class "cash" is irrelevant when compared to power and holdings, but it's still a material reality for the middle and lower classes.

Im probably replying to a bot lol Im lower class and understand the security cash provides. To diminish my "childlike" understanding of my economic reality shows little regard to the class that makes up the majority of this country's population. Let's see how it responds

It won't just be our sons, but potentially our daughters as well that are plugged into a computer simulated draft.

Don't forget that US politicians from both parties have been lobbying to include females in the draft - framing it as gender equity.

No doubt Trump's fun new draft software - Readiness Simulation - will run modeling on female drafts as the software allows for "configurable policy scenarios" for evaluating changing policies.
