The CES STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Fair is always filled with creative, enlightening projects & this year was no exception! This annual event is not a competition, but an opportunity for interested students to share a project with their school community.

Mrs. Faulkner’s & Mrs. Beaudoin’s classes put on a special dance performance set to “Golden” (from K-Pop Demon Hunters) during the CES Monthly Assembly & the whole school joined in for a big, spontaneous sing-along! An incredible moment of unity @ CES led by these students!

Recent @SpecialOlympics programming, coinciding w/ Feb's Winter Olympics! As the real Olympics took place, students participated in PE class versions of bobsledding, ice skating, curling & skiing. In their classrooms, they watched Olympic events & did Olympic-themed activities.

Our CES school community crushed this year's Super Bowl Push-up Challenge! With 160 students & 110 adults participating, they flew past the goal of 10,000 to hit 16,219 push-ups! The reward was a well-deserved free day in PE class! Plus, congrats to this year's T-shirt winners!

CES 1st graders @ @MapleHill_HS Ceramics students teamed up for a special project. After the 1st graders drew monsters based on Anna Llenas’ "The Color Monster," the older students transformed those sketches into sculptures & gifted them to their original creators.

Due to a water main break in the village, Castleton Elementary will be closed today (Monday, February 9). Maple Hill is NOT impacted and will be open for a regular school day.
