@NationCymru At last. Long overdue. The plans were discussed before the pandemic and post pandemic the costs went up. My child's year wrote to our MP about the cold/worsening condition of the temporary classrooms (and he kindly visited). It's a lovely school, glad it's future is safe
@LuxMeaMundiAM I've got GERD. I didn't want to take Omeprazole all the time, so I try to avoid triggers (caffeine/coffee, orange juice and alcohol were main ones), it's worked so far 🤞🏼 I had a bad GERD attack yest (stress induced) and I had to take an Omeprazole.
@Azeem_Majeed Husband ended up in A&E at start of lambing last Spring. He'd had a cut on his hand and just put blue antiseptic spray for sheep and electrical tape on it. His aunt noticed he had sepsis tracking going up his arm. Thankfully it was caught in time, 2 days in hospital 🫣
Wonder if he knows anything about his new constituency, the one he doesn't live in? Visiting Trago Mills a few times doesn't make you a Merthyr resident.
A Reform shadow cabinet minister has been accused of offering little more than ‘soundbites’ and failing to make a constructive contribution on his first day scrutinising the Welsh Government ✍️Emily Price https://t.co/HGUCFi0zZp
@NationCymru His seat at Torfaen Council is still free. He may be wanting it back once he realises he's so out of his depth he needs an oxygen tank and a pair of flippers, and he knows nothing about his new constituency.
@DrNeilStone Husband had one a few weeks ago at 4.30am. He treats it as a celebratory start to the holiday after months of hard work (and 6 weeks of lambing).
@NationCymru Thank god Torfaen has actual councillors who care about constituents, like my independent Torfaen councillor who went above and beyond in a telephone response to an email I sent earlier today. I don't think this one is half as committed since he moved to R3form.
@CantonaCymru We were in Menorca last week, almost every village/town had "Town Centre Moderate Speed Camera" signs and speed limits and road markings were 30kph (18.6mph) and 40kph (28.5mph). We drove home from Bristol Airport and agreed there are more 20mph areas there.
@leo_leo_X Both those slippers should have taken out the one gurning in the front. They must be holding her hostage, she'll definitely be off as soon as her menopause kicks in.
@barrchristopher@SimonCalder@Ryanair@easyJet Had problems in Menorca recently. It couldn't take my fingerprints. Tried 4 times. Had to go to manual border control (who tried 3 times to process me without luck). Coming home many didn't realise we had to scan passports again in Departures area before going to E Gate.
@LloydsBank Hi, after almost 2 hours of getting absolutely nowhere on the Chatbot I found the number go the Fraud Team and a lovely lady called Daniella helped me. The Chatbot really isn't useful when trying to report Fraud. It really should be made easier to find numbers etc.
@LloydsBank FGS I've wasted 2 hours (from 5.54am) trying to report someone attempting to open a digital wallet overnight using my frozen bank card. Your Chat is useless. Who can I call urgently?
@ewangibbs Yes, when I was really little in the 70's by my paternal grandparents, they'd take me to Cardiff Airport. My family thinks it's weird that I really like airports (came home from holiday via a couple on Wednesday) 🤣
@NationCymru She was previously a local home baker, who took on the shop when they moved down to Abergavenny. It's not in the best location for footfall TBH, as it's on a busy bit of the main road and not in the main part of town.
@serialsemantic They do. Our postman was off after an operation for months and when he returned he found piles of post undelivered. He took out more daily for weeks and made sure the backlog was cleared.
Latin - fenestra
French - fenêtre
Spanish - ventana
Italian - finestra
German - fenster
Welsh - ffenest
English - window
Yet the Welsh is the British language being targeted and mocked for being “pointless”.
You’ll find as languages go, English is the one that makes least sense
