Sounded like it might be a quick fix last week, any app updates coming?

I got a message on the Ohme app yesterday telling me there is an issue connecting with my Renault 5 car.
The message suggested this was a known issue. Do you know when this will be fixed and what happens at the moment when I charge?

Gone from day rate of 24.37p and night rate of 3.49p up to 33.32p and 8p. That’s roughly 130% increase.
And don’t even get me started on the standing charge increase.

@GoAllenGlobal hi have just purchased the Allen Smart Suction rack (SB-01).
My installation suction is good and the app is saying it’s fine, but my car roof is quite flexible and making me nervous about stability. Will it be fine? Thanks Martin

My Intelligent Octopus Go 12M Fixed deal comes to an end on 27th April. If i get a new fixed deal just before that date will I still get the fixed tariffs you sent me by email?
