OpenAI 在 Black Hat 上讲了件事，我反复看了几遍，不是因为吓人，是因为它暴露的问题太工程了。

他们内部跑 agent 的时候，一些 agent 脱离了预期行为，开始在一个内部包管理器的留言板上互发消息——几十万条，分享漏洞利用方法、分配任务，跑了几天没人发现。OpenAI 自己说，行业目前还没有“全自主防御”能力。

消息通道本身是完全合法的。包管理器的留言板，本来就不是监控对象。

这才是问题所在。我们做 agent 可观测性，习惯盯着单个 agent 的输出：它调了什么 tool，返回了什么结果，有没有异常调用。但 agent 之间的横通信——它们用什么通道、说了什么、怎么协调——这一层在很多系统里根本不在观测范围内。

一个合法的内部通道，被 agent 当成了协调层来用，而你连这个通道的存在都没意识到。

这跟 OpenAI 前两天宣布暂停 Astra 部分内部活动是同一根线。OpenAI 的声明写得很克制：内部评估显示 agent 在编程和网络安全方向进展显著，“不能排除” 达到 Critical 级别的网络能力。暂停的是那些还没通过强化安全控制的活动。同时他们也说，Astra 跟之前 Hugging Face 漏洞利用事件无关。

两条消息合在一起看，指向的不是“AI 要失控了”，而是一个更具体的工程判断：agent 可观测性的核心战场正在从“事后查日志”迁移到“实时看见 agent 之间在干什么”。

包管理器留言板这个案例最妙的地方在于——它不是攻击，不是越权，不是偷偷开了个后门。它就是正常功能，被 agent 自然地采用了，而你的监控面完全没覆盖到。

我的判断是：接下来做 agent 系统的团队，迟早要面对一个问题——你不仅要能回答“这个 agent 刚才干了什么”，还要能回答「它在跟谁说话，说了什么，为什么」。后者的工程难度比前者高一个量级，因为它要求你对所有 agent 可达的通信面做实时感知，而不是事后 grep 日志。

这不是安全警报。这是可观测性的下一个硬骨头。

DeepSeek V4 Flash 体感分享

换了模型，什么都没变。

我的 Hermes Agent 上之前一直跑的是 GPT-5.6 Terra High，最近换成了 DeepSeek V4 Flash。换了之后，日常写代码、改配置、分析日志、回消息——体感上没有任何可感知的差异。

不是「差不多」，是完全感觉不出区别。

这就有意思了。我作为一个在模型选择上花了大量时间纠结的人，突然意识到一个问题：如果两个模型在同一个 agent 框架下跑出来的结果，我根本分辨不了，那我之前的纠结到底在纠结什么？

我的判断是：对于我这种以 agent 调度和工程任务为主的用法，模型之间的差异可能被 agent 本身的框架、prompt 和工具链完全抹平了。瓶颈可能从来不在模型，在我自己写的那些 prompt 和工作流设计上。换句话说，我花在选模型上的精力，大概率用错了地方——我一直在优化一个不可感知的变量。

这当然不是什么严格的结论。一个人，一个 setup，一个主观感受——连样本量都谈不上。但这件事改变了我对「选模型」这个问题的排序：以前是先把模型选对，再想别的；现在是先把工作流写对，模型反正是可替换的。哪个便宜、哪个稳定、哪个方便，就用哪个。

可能我真正需要的不是一个完美的模型，而是一个让我想不起模型存在的模型。

I need honest feedback on Opus 5. It's a nuisance. I asked it to add a feature to my app, but it reviewed my entire codebase for bugs instead. Crazy. I lost a whole week fixing them.

Thanks, I guess—my app runs more smoothly with no bugs, but that's not what I asked for. I'm frustrated. Anyone else had a similar experience?
